Cara membuat:</div>
<ol>
<li>Aduk bahan A sampai rata, istirahatkan selama 90 menit diwadah tertutup, jadikan sebagai bahan biang.</li>
<li>Campur adonan A dengan bahan B, lalu uleni sampai kalis. Lk. 10 menit. Istirahatkan diwadah tertutup selama 15 menit.</li>
<li>Gilas tipis adonan setebal lk. 1 cm, diamkan 10 menit, cetak dengan cetakan bentuk donat, diamkan 10 menit lagi.</li>
<li>Goreng dalam minyak padat dengan api kcil saja hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan.</li>
<li>Angkat, dinginkan. Beri topping sesuai selera.</li>

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 14px;"><span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"><br />Bahan<br />200 gr Mentega tawar<br />75 gr DCC (saya pakai Valrhona )<br />150 gr WCC (White Cooking Chocolate)<br />Lelehkan kedua bahan diatas, sisihkan<br /><br />4 butir telur ayam utuh<br />315 gr Gula Pasir<br />160 gr Tepung Terigu<br />20 gr Susu Bubuk<br />20 gr Chocolate Bubuk<br /><br />40cc susu cair/jus bit (air buah bit) + pewarna merah<br /> aduk rata, didihkan hingga surut sekitar 25-30cc saja<br /><br />2sdm Cheese Cream, suhu ruang, lunakkan.<br />Almond iris.<br /><br />Cara Membuat :<br />1. Panaskan oven hingga 170-175derajat celcius.<br /><br />2. Kocok telur + gula pasir, hingga gula larut mengembang saja, (jangan terlalu mengembang 2x lipatnya), masukkan mentega dan coklat cair, kocok dgn speed rendah asal tercampur rata aja, masukkan air buah bit, kocok rata, setelah itu masukkan bahan kering (tepung, susu dan coklat bubuk diayak) kocok speed rendah merata. Matikan mixer, diamkan sejenak kurang lebih 2-3 menit. Barulah tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti, 1 bh ukuran 22X22X4 cm.<br /><br />3. Ambil 4 sdm adonan campur dengan cheese cream merata, taruh dlm pipping bag, semprotkan diatas adonan yg sdh dituang dlm loyang, menyilang diagonal, lalu bentuk motif batik dengan bantuan tusuk sate/tusuk gigi.
